Rules

Contribution Options:

• Daily, weekly, monthly etc. options available.
• Participants are required to choose their preferred amounts and frequency in which they can  meet up 
• And are not allowed to be part of more than two groups in UDCS.

Slot Fee & Registration Policy:

• A slot fee of ₦5,000 to ₦7,000 is required to secure your space in the contribution group.
• New members are not required to pay a slot fee for their first Ajo group with us. Slot fees apply from the second group or if the participant chooses to continue with UDCS.
• If you leave the group before  it ends, your slot fee will not be refunded.
• Only members who stay till the end of the contribution cycle are eligible to get their slot fee refunded.
• Refunds will be processed only after the entire group has successfully completed its cycle.
•  Please ensure you are fully committed before making payment. once payment is made, it cannot be refunded unless  you complete a group.

Payment Methods:

• All contributions must be sent directly to the Ajo/Admin’s account.
• Proof of payment(screenshot/receipt) must be sent to the group or Admin’s DM immediately after payments.
• The person who owns that round, will be paid on packing day by 6pm.
• Participants in daily contributions, are not allowed to skip one day in payments(i.e you’re not allowed to hold your money till the last payment day).
• Paying ahead of time for next person is allowed.

Rotation System:

• Each participant will receive a full payout on their scheduled day.
• Payouts are sent only when all participants has paid for that slot/number.
• Slights delay may occur if participants fail to pay on time.

Late or Missed Payments:

• Once is 5pm on payout day, you’re to pay a late fee ranging from ₦500 to. ₦1,500 depends on the group 
• If you delay, & your number is at the top , it would be pushed down after 2 attempts.
• Long default in payment will lead to removal without refund of previous contributions after 48hours to 72hhours of grace given twice(which incures an additional fee of ₦100 to ₦300 per day & removal afterwards) as your default would have affected the rotation system.
• And if you have packed and defaulted to make payments accordingly and have been given a 72hours grace periods twice, you’d be asked to refund the payment sent to you and if not complied, you’d be take to the Small Claims Court for recovery. 

Trust & Legal Action:

• This is a trust-based system.

However;

• Admin reserves the right to report defaulters to the Police/EFCC or file a lawsuit and provide proof of agreement & transactions.
• If any involvement of the authorities or a lawsuit, all expenses must & would be covered by you.

Identification & Transparency:

• Admin photo & details are attached for transparency.
• Each participant is encouraged to submit their name, NIN, active social media handle, & any others means of identification your were asked for group trust.

Refund & Cancelation:

• Once you commit, you cannot cancel  midway for others depend on you for their payout.
• No refund after contributions start, even if you leave the group.
